Princess Elizabeth


On 6th March, the classic steam train 'Princess Elizabeth' steamed through Cheddington on a tour from Crewe to Euston and return.  The LMS Princess Royal Class '6201' Princess Elizabeth is owned and operated by the 6201 Princess Elizabeth Locomotive Society (formed in 1962 when the locomotive was purchased from BR), based at Crewe at the Crewe Heritage Centre, Cheshire.
