The Hall is accessible to wheelchair users.
Discounts available for villagers and village organisations.
Commercial lettings also arranged.
For smaller functions there is also a sideroom, and with the discount available to villagers this costs less than £10 per hour to hire.

The Hall is managed by a management committee which comprises elected members and representatives nominated by village organisations.
The hall depends on income from letting fees.
The VHMC has ambitious plans for refurbishment in response to hirer expectations and new legislative demands. Recent improvements have been the new heating system, refurbishment of the main hall floor, and improved sound proofing between the main hall and side room.
In 2019, an extension to the hall was built to include additional storage. Grants from the Parish Council, The Townlands Trust & A.V.D.C. continue to enable on going upgrading of the facilities within the village hall.
