PARISH COUNCIL MEETINGS

Please note the next scheduled Ordinary meeting of Cheddington Parish Council is Wednesday 4th November 2020 at 7pm, in the side room of the Village Hall.

The Parish Council are following the most up to date government guidelines so going forward the meetings will be slightly different. We still want to hear from all our residents but we ask that you either:-

Email the Clerk with your question/query the Monday prior the meeting

If you wish to attend the meeting please contact the Clerk on the Monday or Tuesday before the meeting (at the latest) who will give you a time slot or

Arrange a separate meeting before the meeting with the Chair/Clerk who can then report back to the Parish Council on the evening of the meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Parish and Annual Meeting of the Parish Council set for the 6th May, were both postponed until such time as public gatherings are permitted in accordance with Government Guidelines.

The Parish Council meets monthly, normally on the first Wednesday of each month. Members of the public are always welcome to attend the meetings of the Parish Council.

The first 15 minutes of monthly meetings are allocated for parishioners to ask questions or raise matters with the Parish Council.

Agendas can be found to the right of this page and the minutes of previous meetings on the 'meetings' page.

A list of all future dates of the Parish Council meetings to be held in 2020 will be advised. A copy of the Cheddington Parish Council Privacy Notice and Information Policy is to be found to the right.
