Allotments

The allotments are situated next to the village hall. Anyone can apply for a whole allotment, a half, or a quarter.

The allotment holders are a friendly group, the wise old gaffers always willing to advise the new recruits. All tastes are catered for, from gourmet vegetables, to luscious soft fruits, to endless salads. See also the organic plots and the wild life friendly corners.

An event is held each year for the allotment holders.
In 2007 there was a successful barbecue in the summer and further events are planned for 2008.
