Baby and Toddler Group

Cheddington Baby and Toddler Group has now been running for over 25 years. From small beginnings in the Scout Hut, when half a dozen Mums met on Tuesday afternoons, the group now caters for over 40 Mums, Dads and Carers and around 60 children from Cheddington and the surrounding villages. It is run by a committee of volunteers and is both a registered charity (no: 1033162) and member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance.

The group meets in Cheddington Village Hall every Friday morning in term time, from 9:30 - 11:30am for 0-4 year olds. The session costs £1.50 for the first child or £1.80 for two children or more. Refreshments are included in your door money. There is tea and coffee for the adults, squash and biscuits for the children. We have regular craft activities, play dough and have a good selection of toys for the children to play safely and happily. The session is finished with singing and we have regular sessions with ‘Singalong with Helen’. We have a special area for the babies. You can also hire toys from us for a small fee.
