Tai Chi Book Launch

Catherine was lucky enough to be asked to participate in the creation of "The Tai Chi Bible" by her Teacher Sifu Dan Docherty. With other Tai Chi Teachers and Practitioners she is pictured in the book demonstrating some of the applications from the hand forms.
The book is a very good reference for the martial self defence applications that the hand forms and weapon forms originated from. It is suitable for beginners and practitioners as well as experienced Tai Chi Instructors.
The book is available through Amazon:
