Cheddington Youth Drama Group

Established 1995, for 7 to 16 year-olds.

Meetings every Wednesday during term time, 6.30-8.00 at the Village Hall.
Leaders: Colin Bryer and Gill Waterhouse.

Our friendly, energetic group involves itself in many drama-related activities, including games and improvisations. Through these we encourage self confidence, teamwork, discipline, quick-thinking, self expression, good communication, creativity and lots of other good things!

The group is fortunate to have four permanent assistants (two female, two male) and a rota of talented adults, many of whom are involved with CADS and the Pantomime Group.

Young people are welcome to visit and see whether they would like to become full members. We are also looking for adults to help with everything from set building to make-up. Contact Colin on 01296 668033 to discuss.

We put on a full scale production every year at the Village Hall. Our last production, Alice- The Musical was a very successful venture and we are now turning our attention to next year's production, Treasure Island! This is another musical extravaganza and will be performed at
the Village Hall on 26 and 27 June 2010.
